Holistic healing has been a part of ancient science dating back between 2200-5000 years ago, depending on which tradition you look at. It goes beyond the absence of ailments and sickness. Holistics embodies a balanced state of being. It incorporates interconnectedness of mind, body, soul, and environment. Holistic healing is one of the oldest ways of preventing and treating illness. It is a long forgotten way of treating illnesses and diseases within our bodies, due to the establishment of pharmaceuticals. 

Many doctors are too quick to "prescribe" to treat symptoms, rather than treating the root cause of sickness, or that unwell feeling that just won't go away, at times. At Ancient Holistics, we feel strongly that prescriptions can keep one's self in a perpetual state of sickness (an overall feeling of being unwell, sluggish, tired, along with the many harsh side effects, which pharmaceuticals have on the human body.) We believe that NOT treating the "root cause" of a symptom and only treating the symptom(s) with pharmaceuticals, is nothing more than a band-aid to what is ailing your whole body and core. Prevention is truly paramount in reaching a state of true wellness within our mind, body and soul. 

Before pharmaceuticals, holistics were used across the entire world such as Europe, Native America, India and China.
