Holistic healing has been a part of ancient science dating back between 2,200–5,000 years ago. It goes beyond the absence of ailments and sickness — it embodies a balanced state of being, incorporating the interconnectedness of mind, body, soul, and environment.
Before pharmaceuticals, holistics were used across the entire world — Europe, Native America, India, and China. Traditional ancient 'medicine' is one of the most well-documented forms of holistic healing, dating back as far as 5,000 years.
